Office Space Spotlight: LaClair & DeLuca, PLLC

March 31, 2021

With nearly 150 businesses renting Anderson Group office spaces in the Capital Region, we’re fortunate to witness many success stories firsthand. We are constantly inspired by the people who come through our doors, and in honor of Women’s History Month, we’re focusing a spotlight on a female-owned business, LaClair & DeLuca, PLLC.

Lauren K. DeLuca, Esq. started LaClair & DeLuca in 2016 with her partner, Cynthia LaClair, Esq. In order to expand their law practice focusing in family and matrimonial law, they joined the 125 Wolf Road family last year. While they have found the perfect office space in the Capital Region for their growing needs, LaClair & Deluca continue to accept an extremely limited number of cases in order to assure that each clients has their full attention and level of expertise.

We asked Lauren 5 questions about her business:

When did you start your business and why?

After working with my law partner, Cynthia LaClair, for seven years at a different firm, we decided to branch off and create our own law firm during the summer of 2016. LaClair & DeLuca opened on September 1, 2016.

What types of services do you offer?

As a boutique matrimonial and family law firm, we provide legal representation to clients throughout the divorce process, particularly in cases involving the distribution of complex marital estates.  We also represent clients in custody and child support matters, and prepare prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

What is unique about your business?

Our law firm takes a team approach to representing all of our clients.  My partner, myself and our paralegal all work together on every case to ensure we are providing our clients the best possible representation. Our combined experience continues to help empower our clients to take action to preserve their legal rights in complex divorce and custody matters, while proactively and positively shaping the next chapter of their lives.

How have you expanded your business?

After our business opened we began growing by hiring support staff to help us better serve our clients. Most recently, we moved into a new office space last year with The Anderson Group

What’s next for your business?

As our business continues to grow, we will likely need to add members to our existing team. We’re excited to see how our new, larger office space can help us grow as a company!
